The sophisticated HR Strategy needs top potentials to enter the function of Human Resources. HR always lacked the professionals as the career in Human Resources was not their goal as the success in other areas was valued more.

Human Resources is still in the stage of building its confidence and gaining the overall responsibility over the company goals. The top talents feel they can utilize their skills in other areas with stronger influence and impact on the business.

The HR Managers and the top managers of the organization have to focus on the promotion of Human Resources. HR cannot be silent and work on the requests from the business. HR has to find its own agenda and it has to build the confidence and trust. Many times, there are well respected employees in Human Resources and they should act as role players for the rest of HR population as they show the way forward.
