The recruitment process is a critical HR Process and the HR Management team has to keep its focus on the design and development of the recruitment process. The recruitment process has to be quick, efficient and it has to be competitive enough to keep the best job candidates in the process to fill the vacancies.
The recruitment process has to be designed on the basis of the detailed analysis or it can be set up from the scratch using the smart head and the gut-feeling. The recruitment process has to be divided into main recruitment process steps and they can be optimized on the basis of the daily recruitment experience.
The recruitment process design has to be designed as it brings value to its main customers - the managers and the job applicants as they are the main partners for HR in the recruitment process.
