The networking is a secret for the successful career. The networking is so promoted, that many employees and managers spent most of their time networking with the people in the business and outside and they forget to deliver the real content of their job.

The networking is important for the HR employees as they can receive the informal feedback before the real business storm comes to Human Resources. The networking is good, when the employees know, whom they should add to their personal network and who should stay as a real business contact.

The HR Managers should network with their managers in the business and they should build networks with the informal leaders in the departments and units as they can receive the important messages and information from the business.

The HR Managers have to be extremely careful in building their personal networks as HR is a place full of the sensitive information and extremely sensitive decisions and they have to keep the information in secret.

The HR Managers have to build their trustful network and they have to use the networking a smart way. The network can kill the HR Manager, when the top management sees the strange information flow in the business.
