Managers as the real Human Resources Management Experts are a goal of many HR Managers. Human Resources is not a function to take care of employees, HR can just develop the managers to become real people managers. The managers manage the processes and the quality of the job, they usually forget to speak with their employees, support them and make them innovate the way they do the job.

Human Resources has to develop tools and training to coach the managers to become real people managers. The HR Managers should not intervene in every people issue at the client side, they should focus on mentoring and coaching of the real managers to become better managers.

Human Resources cannot solve every single problem in the organization, but the managers can. They have time, they know their employees, they understand their preferences. They just need some guidance and help from Human Resources. HR has to monitor the issues and develop best practices as the solutions are the same across the whole organization.

Human Resources has to allow the managers to share their best practices and HR has to provide consultations to managers as they are looking for the right solutions. HR can always present several options for the solution, but the manager is the responsible person for selecting the best option.

Human Resources can help the managers to become better people managers. The managers have to be interested in the people management and HR should find the positive examples as they can solve many difficult issues.
