Human Resources is important to keep the internal and external alignment of the activities in the field of Human Resources Management. When the HRM Function is not present in the organization, the managers start developing their own HR Policies and procedures, but it is not unified and many individual approaches can be found in the organization. This situation leads to chaos and de-motivation of employees as they cannot be sure about the fair treatment across the organization.

The importance of Human Resources is visible in the following areas mainly:

  3. Internal Fairness – Human Resources makes the chances equal as the HR Processes are unified, one common compensation policy is introduced
  4. Leadership Development and Training – Human Resources is focused on the future and the leadership development helps to stay competitive
  5. Cost Management – Human Resources unifies processes, makes the operational costs lower and by introducing the common compensation policy and compensation strategy the organization can save significant costs every single day
  6. External HR Marketing – Human Resources can promote the organization on the external market and the important decision makers can notice the organization and it has no impact just on the recruitment, but it can support many deals as well
