HR Strategy
Every modern Human Resources Function has the HR Strategy. The HR Strategy connects all the activities of Human Resources and links them to the overall business strategy. As the HR Strategy is the most strategic document of Human Resources, it is usually approved by the top management of the organization as Human Resources needs support and buy-in from the top managers of the organization.
The HR Strategy is not about yearly HR Goals, it is a midterm vision of Human Resources. The HR Strategy defines the long term goals, not the immediate values to reach. The HR Strategy is not a specific document, it describes the trends and describes the results, when they are reached.
