HR Process Management looks boring, but it is a basis for the successful Human Resources. The HR Process Management is about clear description of HR Processes, inputs for their improvements, design and development of new HR Processes and clear job description of the individual employees in Human Resources.
HR Process Management can be bureaucratic (red tape) task with no value added to the members of the team or it can be really efficient internal service, which contributes to the success of the whole Human Resources unit.
HR Managers have to focus on the process management as they should not manage just employees, they should manage also the HR Processes and their outcomes.
