The HR Front Office Professional has to gain a deep knowledge of the internal client, the processes, the main products and the employees. The HR Front Office has to provide the consultancy and it has to be based on knowledge of the client and the client has to trust to the HR consultancy.

The internal client has to agree with opening the issues to the HR Front Office and they have to provide the honest and confidential service. The HR Front Office cannot speak about the issues widely and publicly as the internal client will not ask for any other service.
Most issues can be solved directly at the client as the employees can help themselves easily. When the issue is more complex, the HR Front Office has to find the best practice from other parts of the organization and when no best practice is available, the general solution has to be developed by the HR Centers of Excellence.
