The compensation policy defines several main compensation components to keep the organization competitive in the area of the total cash of employees and to define several above standard compensation components, which play important role in the recruitment, career development and retention of key employees.

Some compensation components are defined by the law, some are common in many organizations and they are taken as the industry standard and some compensation components are unique in some organizations and they are the basis for the competitive advantage.
