Bonuses

The bonuses are the performance related variable part of the compensation. The bonuses are believed to be a great motivator for the employees, but they work excellent in good times, it can be a real hell in the bad times.

The bonuses can increase the performance of employees, they can shape their focus on goals, which are given by the management and they can become a significant part of the total cash. On the other hand, the employees expect the bonuses to be higher every year as they have no feeling of their own worse personal performance.

The bonuses have many rules to be paid, but the general one is about the performance and meeting goals of the organization.
