Benefits are a nice extra and the employees like the benefits. The benefits include many compensation components, which can be provided in cash or they can be non-cash.

The benefits are the compensation component, which should retain employees in the organization. The benefits can become generous and the organization can provide the employees with the similar benefits or the cost of the unique benefit can be killing.

The benefits can differentiate the organization, but the benefit plan has to be very clever. The benefits has to be clearly focused to support the goals of the organization and the preferences of the employees.
